  I&#39;m puzzled. Didn&#39;t we have, within the last month, a long thread about &lt;br&gt; exactly this? Some authors were complaining about having to use MS Word, &lt;br&gt; others saying that, no matter its flaws, they used it because their &lt;br&gt; publishers required that they submit everything in Word format?
