11 months post op question

I had Lasik in January and my right eye still has starbursts at night (well, of course at night!) and halos. At this point will this be permanent? Also, my doctor undercorrected my right eye for reading as I am an avid reader, yet sometimes my distance vision in my right eye fluctuates. Is this normal?
